This is a picture I have always loved. For one thing, my wonderful husband gave me a journal a few years ago with this picture on the cover. I also love this picture because I think the angel resembles me in a small way. In a strange way, when I look at this picture I start thinking of myself in a different light. Not just as another human being forgotten in this vast world. Not just as another grain of sand along the beach. But as a daughter of God with an immortal soul that existed before I came to earth, and that will continue on into eternity. I kind of like myself as an angel :)
